永兴河现浇梁钢栈桥施工技术分析

摘要 钢栈桥在跨河桥梁建设工程中,多作为临时性的施工交通通道而存在。栈桥式平台作为跨河现浇梁支架平台使用相对较少,属于危险性较强的分部分项工程。因此,在施工中需要研究跨河钢栈桥支架平台搭建的建设技术,保证支架平台结构的整体性、稳定性。本文以新机场北线高速公路跨永兴河现浇梁钢栈桥施工平台建设项目为背景,分析了设计标准、结构形式和施工工艺对钢栈桥平台施工技术的影响,并列举了典型流程中的施工技术,为类似工程项目提供借鉴。 Steel trestle bridges are mostly used as temporary construction traffic channels in the construction of rivercrossing bridges.Trestle-type platforms are relatively less used as supporting platforms for cast-in-situ beams across rivers,and they belong to some dangerous sub-projects.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction technology of the supporting platform for the steel trestle bridge across the river during construction to ensure the integrity and stability of the supporting platform structure.In this paper,the construction platform construction project of the new airport north line highway crossing the Yongxing River cast-in-situ beam steel trestle bridge is used as the background,and the influence of design standards,structural forms and construction techniques on the construction technology of the steel trestle platform is analyzed,and typical processes are listed.The construction technology is expected to provide reference for similar projects.
