摘要
改革开放以来,随着我国经济的高速发展,建筑行业得到了快速发展。本文探讨了基于动态管理的建筑工程造价控制的重要性,分析了目前建筑工程造价管理过程中存在的问题,研究了实现建筑工程造价的动态管理的具体措施,为工程造价控制提供了参考。
Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry has also been rapid development.This paper discusses the importance of construction cost control based on dynamic management,analyzes the existing problems in the process of construction cost management,and studies the specific measures to realize the dynamic management of construction cost.
