摘要 自20世纪90年代以来,高校有一种注重论文、学历、奖项的倾向,从而导致教学被边缘化的现象出现。近期南京林业大学教师蒋松华没有一篇论文却评上了教授一事,引起了网上的热议。高校教师到底要不要搞科研,要不要写论文,成为媒体热议的焦点。从高校教师自身发展而言,最好是教育教学和科学研究两条腿走路;从学生方面而言,为给国家培养具有独立思考能力的大学生,适应未来"大众创业,万众创新"的社会发展形势,高校教师也不应放弃科学研究;从学校自身发展来讲,学校内涵式发展和竞争力的提升,都要依赖于教师科学研究水平的提高和创新性成果的推出;从社会发展而言,需要高校提供重要的智力支持,高校是科技生产力发展的高地,承担着服务社会、传承文化的重要职能。因此,一个合格的高校教师必须是在进行教育教学的同时,也要进行本专业、本学科的前沿性科学研究,做到教学、科研双提升。 Since the 1990s,universities do have a tendency to focus on papers,qualifications and awards,leading to marginalization of teaching in the minds of some teachers.Jiang Songhua,a teacher of Nanjing Forestry University,did not have a paper but was rated as a professor,which had been aroused heated discussion online.Whether college teachers should conduct scientific research or write papers has become a hot topic in the media.In terms of the development of college teachers themselves,they had better focus on both sides of education teaching and scientific research.From the perspective of students,in order to train college students with independent and free thinking and development ability for the country and adapt to the future social development situation of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,college teachers should not give up scientific research.In terms of the development of the school itself,the improvement of the school*s connotation development and competitiveness depends on the improvement of teachers’scientific research level and the emergence of innovative results.From the perspective of social development,colleges and universities need to provide important intellectual support.Colleges and universities are the highland of the development of scientific and technological productivity and assume the important functions of serving the society and inheriting culture.Therefore,a qualified college teacher must be carry out the frontier scientific research of his/her specialty and discipline while carrying out education and teaching,to achieve teaching and learning.
