摘要 习近平总书记在谈及思想政治理论课改革问题时多次强调了亲和力建设的重要意义,开展具有亲和力、针对性的思想政治理论课教学,已经成为新时代思想政治理论课改革的明确方向。作为贯彻"立德树人"根本目标,办好思政课的关键所在,思政课教师及其亲和力关系到思想政治理论课的针对性和实效性。从主体、内容、方法三个导向着手,在教学中密切关注学生需求,扎实做好理论阐释,积极创新教学方法,并着力将这三方面形成系统合力,才能构建起一条提升教师亲和力的有效路径。 General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized the importance of affinity construction when talking about the reform of ideological and political theory courses,carrying out the teaching of ideological and political theory with affinity and pertinence has become a clear direction for the reform of the ideological and political theory course in the new era.As the key factor to implement the fundamental goal of“Strengthen Moral Education and Cultivate People”and to be high-efficiency in ideological and political course,the teachers and their affinity are related to the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course.Starting from three main guiding principles of the course classified as subject,content and method,we pay close attention to the needs of students,do a good job of theoretical explanation,actively develop new teaching methods,and put forth effort to form these three aspects as systematic synergy to build an effective teacher's affinity path.
