Personality Disagreement:The Root of Contradiction and Conflict between Pilgrimage Learning Teams in Journey to the West

《西游记》中,唐僧、孙悟空、猪八戒、沙和尚和白龙马共同构成了一个取经团队,在这个团队中,除了白龙马不说话、沙和尚不怎么说话之外,悟空、唐僧和八戒之间发生过许多次矛盾冲突。这些冲突的产生,不在于他们谁对谁错,也不是因为有谁心生二意,其根源只是三个人的性格不合。所以,这些冲突最后都能够得到解决,这个团队也能够和谐地运转下去,终成正果。

In Journey to the West,Monk Tang,Sun Wukong,Monk Pig,Monk Sha and Bai Longma jointly form a team.In this team,in addition to Bai Longma and Monk Sha’s reticence,there have been many conflicts among Sun Wukong,Monk Tang and Monk Pig.These conflicts are not caused by mistakes,nor is it caused by who is not loyal.The root of these conflicts is only the personality incompatibility of the three people.Therefore,these conflicts can finally be resolved,and the team can operate harmoniously and finally achieve success.
