摘要
介绍了引线框架冲模的间歇性冲裁机构,该机构高速冲压生产零件时会出现漏冲和错冲的现象,针对此问题对模具结构进行改进,使凸模复位的过程中压力机滑块抬起时,凸模、凸模座、固定板和垫板形成了无相对运动的状态,从而避免了原机构中弹簧复位时间多于冲裁1次所需时间导致的漏冲和错冲的问题,提高了生产效率,也提高了成形零件的可靠性。
The intermittent blanking mechanism of a stamping die for the lead frame was introduced. In order to prevent from the missed punching and wrong punching at high punching speed, the mechanism structure was improved, which made the punch, punch seat, fixing plate and tie plate form a state without relative movement when the press was lifted.Thus, it effectively avoided the problems of missed punching and wrong punching caused by the spring reset time in the original mechanism being longer than the time required for punching once.
