摘要
介绍了一种新型冲模用顶杆连接杆,阐述了新型顶杆连接杆的结构特点及工作原理。通过对比分析传统顶杆连接杆使用过程中存在的技术缺陷,如模具零件加工精度难以保证、生产过程中对模具精度有影响、转线生产需要精度恢复等问题,说明了新型顶杆连接杆在冲压工作中具备缩短调试周期、保证生产稳定性、提升模具灵活度的优势。
A new type of ejector connecting rod for stamping dies was introduced. The structural characteristics and working principle of the new ejector connecting rod were described. By comparing and analyzing the technical defects of traditional ejector connecting rod, such as difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the die production process, it showed that the new ejector connecting rod had the advantages of shortening the debugging period, guaranteeing the production stability and improving the die flexibility in stamping engineering.
