摘要
针对某车型侧围外板在同步工程分析中腰线尖角位置整形后起皱及开裂问题进行原因分析并制定方案对策,通过AutoForm软件对工艺方案进行成形性分析,找出最优的解决方案,以缩短模具开发及调试的周期。经过实际生产验证,该方案可行,形成标准可为后续制件的成形工艺设计提供参考。
The wrinkling and cracking problem were occurred on the waist line angle position after sizing in the synchronous engineering(SE) analysis of the body side outer panel.It needs find out reasons and make the countermeasures. The formability analysis of the process scheme was carried out by using AutoForm software. Then, the optimal solution was found out so as to reduce the cycle of die development and debugging. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme was verified by actual production, and the standard scheme was formed to provide guidance for the subsequent parts design and process design.
