摘要 翼子板轮毂下部弧度大且细小,刚性差,靠近车门侧的边界部分在成形过程中受力状态的变化与零件下部扭曲的状态具有关联性,通过优化局部过拉深形状和翻边间隙等措施,消除了扭曲回弹缺陷。 It is large radian and small for the lower part of the wheel hub on the fender with poor rigidity. The change of the stress state of the boundary part near the door side in the forming process is related to the twisted state of the lower part. Through adopting some measures of process optimization, such as change the local drawing shapeand flanging clearance, the distortion springback defects could be reduced or eliminated.
