冻融胚胎移植周期宫腔灌注改善子宫内膜容受性的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目前冻融胚胎移植(FET)已成为人类辅助生殖中重要组成部分,影响FET结局的重要因素为胚胎种植失败,在导致FET植入失败的原因中,子宫内膜容受性(ER)因素约占2/3,因此改善ER,尤其是薄型ER以提高临床妊娠率及活产率成为研究热点。本文对目前国内外冻融胚胎移植周期宫腔灌注改善ER的进展进行综述,以期为未来的科学研究及临床治疗提供参考。
