双液注浆在砂层地质浅埋暗挖隧道施工中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Double Liquid Grouting in Construction of Sandy Geological Shallow Buried Tunnel

本文以西安地铁5号线二期工程中的文教园—张旺渠区间U型槽及地下段作为分析案例。介绍了其工程项目概况,说明了标准断面的注浆孔布设与相应的注浆设计参数,并分析了双液注浆施工应用中的重点。此研究以分析双液注浆在砂层地质浅埋暗挖隧道施工中的应用方法为目的,从而推广双液注浆施工技术的应用。

This paper introduces the general situation of the project by using the U-shaped trough and underground section of the cultural and educational park-Zhangwangqu section in the second phase of Xi'an Metro Line 5 project,and explains the grouting hole layout and corresponding note of the standard section.The design parameters of the slurry and the analysis of the key points in the application of the two-liquid grouting construction.This study aims to analyze the application method of two-liquid grouting in the construction of sand layer geological shallow buried tunnel,so as to play the role of two-liquid grouting construction technology.
