摘要
介绍了一种在隧道施工中用于开挖隧道掘进机的主要改造项:后配布置由双边改为单边、刀盘适应性改造和激光导向等部件适应性改造,本文对改造部分的结构组成﹑工作原理及其特点等方面进行了详细的描述。实践表明,本改造设计完全可满足隧道施工要求,并且具有安全可靠和人性化等优点。
This paper introduces a major transformation item for tunnel boring machines used in tunnel construction:the rear arrangement is changed from bilateral to unilateral,the cutterhead is adaptively modified,and the components are adaptively modified.Its structural composition,working principle and characteristics are described in detail.Practice shows that the reconstruction design can fully meet the requirements of tunnel construction,and has the advantages of safety,reliability,and humanity.
