考虑轴向调隙量的变厚齿轮齿条接触分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对大型机床刀架进给装置中的齿轮齿条机构存在的侧隙调整困难和传动平稳性差的问题,提出了可以轴向调隙的变厚齿轮齿条机构。对轴向调隙后变厚齿轮齿条的静态传递误差、接触应力均布程度、接触力等变量的变化进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明:轴向调隙量对各个变量的影响大小与负载转矩直接相关,当负载转矩为50 N?m或100 N?m时,轴向调隙量对各个变量的影响从大到小依次为:接触应力均布程度、静态传递误差、接触力;当负载转矩为200 N?m或400 N?m时,其影响从大到小依次为:静态传递误差、接触应力均布程度、接触力。 Aiming at the problems that clearance is difficult to modify and operation stability is poor of pinion and rack used in the large machine tool carrier feeding device,the beveloid pinion and rack which can modify clearance axially is proposed.The finite element analysis of the changes of variables such as static transmission error,uniform degree of contact stress,contact force are carried out when considering axial clearance changes.The results show that the influences of axial clearance changes to variables depend on torques directly,the influences when torque is 50 N·m or 100 N·m from large to small are in the order of uniform degree of contact stress,static transmission error,contact force.The influences when torque is 200 N·m or 400 N·m from large to small are in the order of static transmission error,uniform degree of contact stress,contact force.
