摘要
为优化我国城市轨道交通列车齿轮传动系统设计方法,对实际运行城轨列车用齿轮传动系统进行机械强度校核。根据设计输入制定加载方案,使用三维建模软件SolidWorks创建齿轮传动系统模型,导入有限元分析软件Abaqus进行有限元计算。计算结果表明,齿轮箱体的机械强度满足列车运行的要求,型式试验结果证明了有限元计算结果的可信度。研究工作对有限元分析方法在城轨列车齿轮箱的研发设计过程中的运用有重要的参考价值。
In order to optimize the design method of the gear transmission system for urban rail transit trains in China,the mechanical strength check of the gear transmission system for urban rail trains in actual operation is performed.The loading scheme is formulated according to the design input.The gear transmission system model is created by using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and it is imported into the finite element analysis software Abaqus for finite element calculation.The calculation results show that the mechanical strength of the gearbox meets the requirements of train operation,and the type test results prove the credibility of the finite element calculation method.The research work has important reference value for the application of the finite element analysis method in the development and design of urban rail train gearbox.
