一线城市居民生活服务业的 “招工难”困境分析与缓解建议——基于北京市居民生活服务业的分析

An analysis of the Dilemma of "Recruitment Difficulty" in the Life Service Industry of the First Tier City Residents and Suggestions to Alleviate it--Based on the analysis of Beijing Residents’ Life Service Industry

通过对现有的统计数据和就业市场情况的分析,一线城市的居民生活服务业普遍面临着严峻的“招工难”困境,对该类企业正常经营和城市居民生活带来深刻影响。在运用定性和定量研究相结合的方法分析北京市居民生活服务产业基础上发现:行业自身特性、一线城市开支情况、劳动力市场结构以及新生代农民工变化是其主要原因。针对其原因对企业提出相关缓解建议,有利于破解困境,促进居民服务业健康发展。

Based on the analysis of the existing statistical data and the situation of the employment market,the life service industry of the residents in the first tier cities is generally facing a severe"recruitment difficulty",which has a profound impact on the normal operation of such enterprises and the life of the urban residents.On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of Beijing residents'life service industry,it is found that the main reasons are the characteristics of the industry itself,the expenditure of the first tier cities,the structure of the labor market and the changes of the new generation of migrant workers.In view of the reasons,this paper puts forward relevant mitigation suggestions for enterprises,which is conducive to solving the difficulties and promoting the healthy development of the residential service industry.
