摘要
现阶段对于尾矿库的监测方法主要运用实时在线监测系统和人工监测相结合的方式,对尾矿库的表面位移、内部位移、浸润线、降雨量等影响尾矿库稳定性的因素进行安全监测,当监测数据超过设定阈值时进行预警。针对现有尾矿库监测手段单一、监测类型不全面,不能及时有效预警等问题,建立了基于遥感卫星监测、无人机监测和地面传感器实时监测的天空地一体化尾矿库监测预警方法。通过对天、空、地三端的数据进行整合分析,利用WebGIS技术将数据进行可视化展示,当数据超过阈值时能实时通过短信、电子邮件、小程序等方式向尾矿库管理单位、应急指挥单位和监管单位根据不同的预警级别进行预警发布。结合该方法开发的应用系统在国内某市的150座尾矿库监测预警系统中成功应用,实现了对尾矿库的实时、动态监测预警,取得了很好的应用效果。
At present,the main monitoring methods of tailings pond adopts the combination of real-time on-line monitoring system and manual monitoring. Through this method,the factors affecting the stability of tailings reservoir are monitored,such as surface displacement,internal displacement,saturation line and rainfall. It will be early warning when monitoring data exceed the set threshold. Aiming at the problems of single monitoring means,incomplete monitoring types and inadequate early warning of existing tailings pond,an integrated monitoring and early warning method for tailings pond based on remote sensing satellite monitoring,UAV monitoring and ground sensor real-time monitoring is established. Through the integration and analysis of the data at the three fields,the data can be visually displayed by WebGIS technology. When the data exceeds the threshold value,the information can be transferred in real time to the tailings reservoir management unit,the emergency command unit and the supervision unit by means of short message,e-mail and small program according to different warning levels. The application system developed with this method has been successfully applied in the monitoring and early warning system in a city,which has 150 tailings ponds. The system realizes real-time and dynamic monitoring of early warning for tailings pond,with good application effect achieved.
