摘要
变压器油中气体含量可用来评估变压器的运行状况。进行油中气体组分含量气相色谱分析试验,需要使用脱气装置分离油中溶解的气体。如果试验中出现问题,且脱气量不足以再次进行色谱分析,可对已脱气的油样进行二次脱气,参照标准中的气体组分分配系数,计算出试油中各气体组分的浓度,从而避免了去变电站重复取样的过程,提高了工作效率。研究结果验证该方法的实用性。
The gas content in the transformer oil can be used to evaluate the working condition of the transformer.It′s necessary to use degassing device to separate dissolved gas in oil for gas chromatographic analysis.If there is something wrong with the experiment,and the amount of degassing is not enough to analyze again,secondary degassing could be done.Referring to the gas component distribution coefficient in the standard,the concentration of each gas component in the test oil is calculated,saving the bother to get the oil sample again and improving work efficiency.The method is proved practical.
