平抑新能源功率波动的集群温控负荷建模及控制 被引量:8

摘要 针对新能源输出功率的不确定,提出一种采用集群温控负荷平抑新能源功率波动的新思路。基于温控负荷聚合的双线性时间连续模型,推导构建了面向控制的集群温控负荷聚合功率离散模型,利用模型分解的带遗忘因子递推最小二乘法设计了该离散模型的参数辨识方法;鉴于离散模型的非线性特征,根据辨识所得的模型参数,利用反推控制原理设计了一种利用集群温控负荷跟踪间歇式电源功率波动的控制方法。仿真结果证明了所提方法的有效性。 In the light of the uncertainty of renewable energy sources’power output,the paper proposes a new idea for smoothing the power fluctuation by using aggregated thermostatically controlled loads(ATCLs).Based on the bilinear time continuous model of ATCLs,a discrete model representing aggregated power and using for control directly is derived and established.Model decomposition based recursive least squares algorithm with a forgetting factor is used to design a parameter identification method for the discrete model.In consideration of the nonlinearity of the discrete model,a backstepping principle based control method using ATCLs to track the power fluctuation of intermittent power supply is devised in terms of the identified model parameters.Finally,the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
