摘要
为研究防割手套分区方式,自制压力检测手套,选取手部16个代表性压力采集点,测量手部抓握时16个采集点压力值,通过分析手部抓握动作对防割手套进行功能分区。结果表明,手部抓握过程分为3个阶段,其受力均遵循先上升后下降规律;性别对手套分区设计基本无影响;根据压力分布将采集点分4大类并对防割手套进行分区设计,给出防割手套设计建议,不同区域采取不同防护方法,提高防割手套效用。
In order to study the partitioning method of cut-resistant gloves design, the self-made pressure detecting gloves are used. 16 representative pressure acquisition points are selected, and the pressure values of the 16 collection points during the gripping process of the hand are measured. The function of the gloves is divided by analyzing the grasping action of the hand. The results show that the whole grasping process can be divided into three stages, and the loaded stress on hand is followed by the change law of first rise and then fall. Gender has no influence on the partition design of gloves. The collection point can be divided into four categories according to the pressure distribution, and accordingly, the cut-resistant gloves are partitioned. And different protection methods are adopted for different areas to improve the effectiveness of the cut-resistant gloves.
