当前蛋鸡业发展的新形势新变化及加快蛋鸡业高质量发展的对策建议

Current situation and new changes in laying industry development and suggestions for accelerating high quality development of laying industry

近年来,在消费市场拉动、政策金融推动、科技创新驱动等因素作用下,我国蛋鸡业得到了长足发展,初步建立了现代化生产体系、产业体系,但是产业自身存在一些问题和短板,同时面临更加复杂的外部形势。笔者首先从蛋鸡产业要素结构、从业结构、市场结构、供需矛盾、产业功能变化五个方面对当前蛋鸡业发展形势进行了分析判定,基于标新发展理念剖析了蛋鸡产业存在的问题,并从提高自主育种水平、推进标准化养殖、强化科技支撑、优化生产供给、创新生产运营模式、提升绿色生产水平六个方面提出了加快蛋鸡产业高质量发展的对策和建议。

China is the world’s largest laying hens breeding and production country.In recent years,under the influence of consumer market growth,policy finance promotion,and technology innovation driving,laying industry in China has made considerable progress,and modern production system and industrial system have been initially established.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the industry itself,meanwhile,the industry faces more complex external situation.the author analyzed and judged current situation of laying industry development from several aspects,including industry factor structure,occupation structure,market structure,the contradiction between supply and demand,and changes in industrial functions,and dissected existing problems in laying industry based on new development concept.And the author provided suggestions and strategies for accelerating high quality development of laying industry from six aspects,such as improving the level of independent breeding,promoting standardized breeding,strengthening scientific and technological support,optimizing production supply,innovating production and operation mode,and improving green production level.
