草畜平衡新阶段牧户畜牧业家庭经营变动研究——基于通辽市扎鲁特旗牧户调研数据

Research on family management changes of herdsmen animal husbandry in the new stage of forage-livestock balance——Based on survey data of the herdsmen of Zhalute Banner in Tongliao City

自2015年第一轮草畜平衡政策完成到2017年,新阶段草畜平衡政策已稳步运行,对牧户家庭经营的影响效果也逐步突显。本研究采用入户一对一面谈方式,抽取扎鲁特旗5个典型苏木,对畜牧业生产生活情况进行调查及对比分析。结果表明:新阶段草畜平衡政策实施下,扎鲁特旗样本牧户家庭经营发生了较大变动,尤其是在牲畜养殖、畜牧业生产生活成本、牧户信贷特征、畜牧业经营收益及成本利润率方面发生了结构性变动,家庭经营畜牧业正在向良性可持续方向逐步发展。

Since the completion of the first forage-livestock balance policy in 2015—2017,this policy has been steadily in the new stage.It’s effect on the family management of herdsmen’s livestock industry has gradually become more prominent.In this paper,this production and living conditions from the 5 typical villages in Zhalute Banner were investigated and compared by means of one-to-one discussion method.,analysis.The results showed that major changes have taken place in livestock management from the herdsmen of,Zalute Banner under the implementation of the forage-livestock balance policy in the new stage,especially in livestock breeding,animal husbandry production and living costs,herdsmen credit characteristics,livestock business income and cost profit.The family management of animal husbandry is gradually developing in a benign and sustainable direction.
