西藏不同居群变色锦鸡儿生长特征研究

Research on growth characteristics of Caragana versicolor in different populations in Tibet

摘要 为了分析变色锦鸡儿地上与地下部形态特征、生物量特征和生物量资源分配,探明变色锦鸡儿的生长特征,试验选择西藏3个居群变色锦鸡儿进行野外观测,并取样测定株高、冠幅、基径、生物量。结果表明:变色锦鸡儿不同居群间地上与地下部形态特征存在较大差异,冠幅和基径差异显著(P<0.05);地上与地下部形态特征均有一定变异,株高、冠幅、基径、一级分枝数、一级侧根数的变异系数在17.43%~68.46%之间。不同居群间,生物量特征也存在较大差异,叶生物量、茎生物量、根生物量和总生物量均差异显著(P<0.05);生物量特征存在较大变异,叶生物量、茎生物量、根生物量和总生物量的变异系数均超过56%。不同居群间,生物量资源分配明显不同,茎生物量分配、根生物量分配、茎叶比和根冠比均差异显著(P<0.05);生物量资源分配也存在一定变异,叶生物量分配、茎生物量分配、根生物量分配、茎叶比和根冠比的变异系数在8.86%~51.74%之间。冠幅、基径、茎生物量、总生物量和根生物量分配同纬度或经度呈显著或极显著相关关系(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 In order to analyze the morphological characteristics,biomass characteristics and biomass resource allocation of the aboveground and underground parts of Caragana versicolor,and to explore the growth characteristics of Caragana versicolor,three populations of Caragana versicolor in Tibet were selected for field observation,and the plant height,crown width,basal diameter and biomass were measured.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of aboveground and underground parts of Caragana versicolor species in different populations were quite different,and the difference between crown width and basal diameter was significant(P<0.05),the morphological characteristics of aboveground and underground parts were variation,the coefficient of variation of plant height,crown width,basal diameter,the number of first-order branches and the number of first-order lateral roots ranged from 17.43%to 68.46%.Different populations of Caragana versicolor had significant differences in biomass characteristics,leaf biomass,stem biomass,root biomass and total biomass were significantly different(P<0.05),there was a large variation in biomass characteristics,and the coefficient of variation of leaf biomass,stem biomass,root biomass and total biomass exceeded 56%.The allocation of biomass resources was significantly different in different populations of Caragana versicolor,stem biomass allocation,root biomass allocation,stem-leaf ratio and root-shoot ratio were significantly different(P<0.05),there were also some variations in biomass resource allocation,the coefficient of variation of leaf biomass allocation,stem biomass allocation,root biomass allocation,stem-leaf ratio and root-shoot ratio was between 8.86%and 51.74%.Crown width,basal diameter,stem biomass,total biomass and root biomass allocation were significantly correlated with latitude or longitude(P<0.05 or P<0.01).
