智能变电站三维实景无人值守感知系统的应用研究 被引量:31

摘要 传统变电站现场监测的技术与方法缺少对空间全景的探测感知,不利于无人化、智能化作业下获取变电站实景情况。应用三维激光雷达等全景感知技术与方法,构建了智能变电站三维实景无人值守感知系统,通过采用静-动相结合的模式,不仅可以获取变电站的全景效果,而且可识别变电站周围移动体,所构建的变电站三维实景系统能够较为生动地展现变电站物理全貌,实时监测其特征变化信息,有助于运行维护人员了解变电站整体运行状况。为泛在电力物联网的建设积累了工程实践经验,并提供了一定的借鉴价值。 Due to the lack of spatial panorama detection and perception in traditional substation field monitoring technologies and methods,it is not conducive to obtaining the actual situation of substation under unmanned and intelligent operation.A 3D real-scene unattended sensing system for intelligent substation is constructed by using 3D lidar and other panoramic sensing technologies and methods.By adopting the mode of static and dynamic combination,not only the panoramic effect of the substation can be obtained,but also the moving body around the substation can be recognized.The three-dimensional real-scene system of the constructed substation can vividly present the physical whole picture of the substation and monitor its change information in real time,which is helpful for the maintenance personnel to understand the overall operation status of the substation and monitor its characteristic changing information in real-time.It has accumulated engineering practice experience for the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things and provided some reference value.
