基层党组织建设的动力探析

On the Motive Force of the Construction of the Grassroots Party Organizations

十九大报告指出,要加强基层组织建设,着力解决一些基层党组织弱化、虚化、边缘化问题。这是中国特色社会主义进入新时代对基层党组织的迫切要求,也是破解基层党组织建设不适应新时代要求的时代命题。而弄清楚基层党组织建设的动力,是加强基层党组织建设的一个重要前提。基层党组织建设的动力主要有:社会主要矛盾的转换是基层党组织建设的根本动力,自我完善的需要是基层党组织建设的内在动力,外部压力的倒逼是基层党组织建设的外在动力,技术进步的助力是基层党组织建设的辅助动力。

According to the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the grassroots Party organizations should be strengthened and“efforts should be made to solve the problems of weakening,emptiness and marginalizing of some grassroots Party organizations”.It is not only the urgent requirement for the grassroots Party organizations while the socialism with Chinese characteristics is entering a new era,but also the proposition of the times for us to break that the construction of grassroots Party organizations cannot meet the requirements of the new era.And figuring out its motivation is an important prerequisite for strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations.There are four motivations for the construction of grassroots Party organizations.Firstly,its fundamental motivation is the transformation of main social contradictions.Secondly,its internal motivation is the need for self\|improvement.Thirdly,its external motivation is the reversal of external pressure.Finally,its auxiliary motivation is the assistance of technological progresses.
