摘要 心肌病是一组异质性心肌疾病,表现为心律失常、心力衰竭甚至是心源性猝死.人类诱导性多能干细胞是一种具有分化潜能的细胞,为研究心肌病潜在致病机制及药物筛选提供了重要的平台.现对人类诱导性多能干细胞在研究心肌病发病机制中的研究进展进行综述.
