舒肝定心汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Shugan Dingxin Decoction on Insomnia of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation Type

目的:探讨舒肝定心汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床效果。方法:选取90例肝郁气滞型失眠患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,各45例。对照组采用睡前口服地西泮片的方法,治疗组采用舒肝定心汤口服方法,均连续治疗30 d。比较两组临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:治疗组的临床总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI各项评分及总分均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒肝定心汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床疗效十分显著,可显著改善患者失眠症状,有效提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Dingxin Decoction on insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation type.Method:A total of 90 insomnia patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type were selected as the research object,according to the method of random number table,they were divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diazepam Tablets before sleeping,and the treatment group was treated with Shugan Dingxin Decoction,they were treated for 30 days.The clinical effect and Pittsburge Sleep Quility Index(PSQI)of the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,higher than 71.11%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the each score and total scores of PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the each score and total scores of PSQI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shugan Dingxin decoction has a very significant clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation type.It can significantly improve the insomnia symptoms of patients,effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
