摘要
石油化工仪表设计包含控制方案、仪表选型、现场安装方案等各个方面,其中仪表选型与计算有着十分紧密的联系。梳理了整个工程建设及生命周期中各阶段对仪表计算的需求及包含的计算内容,引入CONVAL计算软件,通过工程实例介绍了如何通过该软件的计算结果辅助工程设计,确保工程项目成功实施。
The instrument design for petrochemical industry includes control scheme, instrument selection, on-site installation scheme, etc. There is very close relationship between instrument selection and calculation. In the whole engineering construction life cycle, requirements for instrument calculation for each phase and the covered calculation contents are released. Calculation software of CONVAL is introduced. How to assist engineering design through CONVAL calculation results is introduced through actual project to ensure successful project implementation.
