管道内腐蚀直接评价及修复技术研究

Research on Direct Assessment and Repairing Technique of Pipeline Internal Corrosion

内腐蚀直接评价(ICDA)是评价内腐蚀对埋地管道完整性影响的方法,是管道完整性的重要组成部分。通过对ICDA的预评价、间接检测与评价、直接检测与评价和后评价四个步骤进行梳理和简析,针对内腐蚀严重的管道,对检测出的破损点、防腐层老化管段、管体腐蚀等实施修复措施,通过实施防腐层修复,管体腐蚀点段补强修复,打补丁、包覆,局部更换等手段,可实现隔离腐蚀介质、延长管道寿命的目的,为管道管理者的决策提供了有效支持。

Internal corrosion direct assessment(ICDA) is the method which evaluates the influence of internal corrosion on buried pipeline integrity, and is the main part of the pipeline integrity. Through teasing and brief analyzing of four steps of pre-assessment, indirect testing and evaluation, direct testing and evaluation, and post evaluation, aiming at severe internal pipeline corrosion to implement repairing for the detected damaged point, aged anticorrosive coating tubulation and pipeline corrosion, through the implementation of anticorrosive coating repair, pipe body corrosion point and tubulation repairing, patch repair, coating, partial replacement and other means, the purpose of isolating corrosive medium, extending the life of the pipeline can be achieved. Effective support for the pipeline management decision is provided.
