摘要
按照HJ 636-2012的方法,对碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法进行水质总氮测定准确度的评定。通过分析检测过程中的试剂、标准溶液、高压蒸汽灭菌时间及温度等因素对测定结果造成的不确定性,分别进行定量分析,找出影响测量结果的因素,全面地提高分析准确度。
According to the method of HJ 636-2012,the accuracy of determination of total nitrogen in water by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometry was evaluated.By analyzing the uncertainty caused by reagent,standard solution,high-pressure steam sterilization time and temperature in the detection process,quantitative analysis was carried out to find out the factors affecting the measurement results and improve the accuracy of the analysis comprehensively.
