Strengthen maintenance spare parts management to reduce enterprise inventory cost

传统的维修备件库存管理是为生产服务的,存在备件库存规模大、金额高且常年无动态的困局,成为降低库存资金占用、提高库存周转率的最大障碍。本文通过对问题成因的分析,提出相应的优化企业维修备件管理的措施。

The traditional maintenance spare parts inventory management serves for the production,with the problem of large scale,high amount of spare parts inventory and no dynamic situation all year round,which has become the biggest obstacle to reduce the inventory capital occupation and improve the inventory turnover rate.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures to optimize the management of enterprise maintenance spare parts.
