老年失眠症患者心理因素分析

Psychological Factors of Elderly Patients with Insomnia

目的:分析老年失眠症患者的心理因素。方法:选取本院2018年1-12月收治的60例老年失眠症患者(失眠组)及同时期本院60例正常体检老年人(正常组)为研究对象。比较两组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、生活满意度指数B(LSIB)、心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSAS)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)评分。结果:失眠组PSQI总分明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。失眠组LSIB总分明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。失眠组SCL-90中各项评分及总分均明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。失眠组SSAS中客观支持与支持利用度评分与总分均明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。失眠组CSQ中退避、自责及幻想评分均明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。失眠组EPQ中神经质评分明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:失眠症患者睡眠质量差,心理健康情况差,对自身生活满意度低,焦虑、抑郁明显,个性多为不稳定,多采用不成熟方式解决问题,缺乏社会支持。

Objective:To analyze the psychological factors of elderly patients with insomnia.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with insomnia (insomnia group) were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 and 60 elderly people with normal physical examination (normal group) during the same period in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),life satisfaction index B (LSIB),self-rating scale of mental health symptoms (SCL-90),social support rating scale (SSAS),coping style questionnaire (CSQ) and the Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total score of PSQI in the insomnia group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P<0.05).The total score of LSIB in the insomnia group was significantly lower than that in the normal group (P<0.05).All scores and total scores of SCL-90 in the insomnia group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05).The objective support and support availability scores and total score of SSAS in the insomnia group were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P<0.05).The retreat,remorse and fantasy scores of CSQ in the insomnia group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05).The neuroticism score of EPQ in the insomnia group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Insomnia patients have poor sleep quality,poor mental health,low satisfaction with their own life,obvious anxiety and depression and their personality is unstable,they often use immature ways to solve problems and lack social support.
