摘要 本文报道IgG4相关性疾病累及冠状动脉影像表现二例。冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)检查见冠状动脉病变血管周围环形分布不规则形肿物生成,其中1例为左冠状动脉前降支中段和右冠状动脉近段同时受累,局部管腔重度狭窄,另1例为右冠状动脉近段受累,局部管腔轻度狭窄。临床诊断为IgG4相关性疾病合并冠状动脉受累。
