大连市计划生育特殊家庭父母心理健康水平分析

Analysis on mental health status for special family planning parents in Dalian

[目的]对大连市计划生育特殊家庭父母心理健康状况进行测评,为改善其心理健康提出建议。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法选取大连市辖区内计划生育特殊家庭作为调查对象,进行问卷调查及SCL-90量表评定。[结果]102名调查对象中,有40人(39.22%)存在心理健康问题,人际关系敏感(2.14±0.65)与躯体化(2.09±0.79)两个因子症状呈阳性;SCL-90量表各因子得分与常模(n=1388)相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);文化程度低、无住房产权、健康自评得分较低的计生特殊家庭父母SCL-90得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);失独家庭与伤残家庭相比在抑郁因子上得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]大连市计划生育特殊家庭父母心理健康水平不佳,政府和社会应加强对计生特殊家庭尤其是失独家庭父母心理健康的重视,通过各种方法提高他们的心理健康水平。

Objective To measure and evaluate mental health status of parents of special family planning families in Dalian so as to provide suggestion for improving their mental health.Methods Stratified random sampling method was adopted to select special families of family planning in Dalian city as survey objects to conduct questionnaire survey and SCL-90.Results In 102 respondents,there was 40(39.22%)had mental health problems,with positive symptoms of interpersonal sensitivity(2.14±0.65)and somatization(2.09±0.79).The score of each factor in scl-90 scale was higher than the norm(n=1388),and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Parents with low education level,no housing property right and low health self-assessment score of family planning special family had higher scl-90 score,and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the disabled families,the bereaved families had higher scores in depression factors,and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental health level of the parents of special family planning families in Dalian is not good,so the government and society should pay more attention to the mental health of special family planning families,especially the families losing their only child,and improve their mental health level through various methods.
