口服归脾丸联合葡萄糖酸钙、缩宫素治疗高龄产妇产后出血的临床研究

Clinical Study on Oral Guipi Pill Combined with Calcium Gluconate and Oxytocin in Treating Postpartum Hemorrhage of Elderly Parturient

目的:探讨口服归脾丸联合葡萄糖酸钙、缩宫素治疗高龄产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年9月本院收治的60例高龄产妇为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合归脾丸、葡萄糖酸钙治疗。对两组疗效、产后出血量及不良反应进行比较。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.810,P=0.028);观察组产后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的13.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口服归脾丸联合葡萄糖酸钙、缩宫素治疗高龄产妇产后出血的疗效显著,可明显降低产后出血量,用药安全性较高,值得在临床治疗中应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oral Guipi Pill combined with Calcium Gluconate and Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in elderly parturient.Method:From March 2018 to September 2019,60 elderly parturient admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Guipi Pill and Calcium Gluconate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.810,P=0.028).The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 13.33%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral Guipi Pill combined with Calcium Gluconate and Oxytocin have significant curative effect on postpartum hemorrhage in elderly parturient,which can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the safety of medication is high and it is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
