耻骨上小切口膀胱切开术联合TURP治疗膀胱多结石合并良性前列腺增生的效果观察

Effect of Suprapubic Small Incision Cystotomy Combined with TURP in the Treatment of Bladder Calculi with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨耻骨上小切口膀胱切开术联合TURP治疗膀胱多结石合并良性前列腺增生的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月-2019年6月前来本院泌尿外科就诊的膀胱多结石合并良性前列腺增生患者126例的临床资料。根据本次手术方案不同将其分为参照组(传统尿道电切术)和研究组(耻骨上小切口膀胱切开术联合TURP),各63例。比较两组手术前后的血清指标、尿道功能指标、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、性功能相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果:术后,研究组血清指标、尿道功能指标、IPSS评分、性功能相关指标均优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为3.17%,低于参照组的19.05%(P<0.05)。结论:较传统尿道电切术而言,实施耻骨上小切口膀胱切开术联合TURP治疗膀胱多结石合并良性前列腺增生的临床效果佳,可作为临床首选术式。

Objective:To explore the effect of suprapubic small incision cystotomy combined with TURP in the treatment of bladder calculi with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:From June 2018 to June 2019,the clinical data of 126 patients with bladder calculi with benign prostatic hyperplasia who came to the urology Department of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different operative plan,the patients were divided into the reference group(traditional urethra electrocision)and the study group(suprapubic small incision cystotomy combined with TURP),63 cases in each group.The serum index,urinary function index,prostate symptom score(IPSS),sexual function index before and after operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After operation,the serum index,urinary function index,IPSS score and sexual function related index of the study group were all better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 3.17%,lower than 19.05%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional urethra electrocision,the clinical effect of suprapubic small incision cystotomy combined with TURP is better,it can be the first choice in clinic.
