静脉显影仪在静脉穿刺采集血液中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨静脉显影仪在静脉穿刺采集血液中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年4月本血站200例献血者为研究对象。将2018年11月-2019年1月未使用静脉显影仪定位血管100例作为对照组,2019年2-4月使用静脉显影仪定位血管100例作为观察组。比较观察组不同血管类型穿刺成功率;比较两组穿刺成功率及血流速度;调查研究期间所有献血者和采血者满意情况。结果:观察组浅中型血管穿刺成功率高于深型血管(P<0.05);两组穿刺成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组平均血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05);使用静脉显影仪与传统方法献血者总满意率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12名采血者中5名推荐使用静脉显影仪,采血者对静脉显影仪便利性总满意率为75.00%(9/12),显影性与定位总满意率为100%(12/12)。结论:静脉显影仪可以帮助定位浅中型血管,提高血流速度,但不能提高穿刺成功率,采血者更愿意用传统方法寻找、定位血管,静脉显影仪还需要改良才能满足实际需要。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of vein display instrument in blood collection by venous puncture.Method:A total of 200 blood donors from our blood station from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research object.100 cases did not use vein display instrument to locate blood vessels from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group.And 100 cases used vein display instrument to locate blood vessels from February to April 2019 were selected as the observation group.The puncture success rate of different vascular types in the observation group was compared.The puncture success rate and blood flow velocity of the two groups were compared.The satisfaction of all blood donors and blood collectors during the study period were investigated.Result:The puncture success rate of superficial and medium vessels in the observation group was higher than that of deep vessels(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the puncture success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total satisfaction rate of blood donors used vein display instrument between the traditional method(P>0.05).5 cases of the 12 blood collectors were recommended to use vein display instrument.The total satisfaction rate for the convenience of vein display instrument was 75.00%(9/12),and the total satisfaction rate for the development and positioning was 100%(12/12).Conclusion:Vein display instrument can help locate superficial and medium veins and improve blood flow velocity,but it can not improve the success rate of puncture.Blood collectors are more willing to use traditional methods to find and locate veins.Vein display instrument needs to be improved to meet the actual needs.
