摘要
骨质疏松是最常见的骨骼疾病,已成为糖尿病的新型并发症,严重威胁到糖尿病患者的生存质量。在糖尿病患者中,骨转换标记物水平降低、骨转换中微结构缺陷、骨强度降低、骨密度下降都会导致骨折发生风险增加。而脂肪组织分泌的脂肪因子抵抗素及炎性细胞因子白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子水平的升高,脂肪因子脂联素以及受脂肪组织影响的性激素、胰淀素水平的降低,都会影响骨代谢,使骨折发生风险增加,并且这种影响在糖尿病患者中似乎更加显著。
Osteoporosis is the most common bone disease,which has become a new complication of diabetes,and seriously threatens the quality of life of diabetic patients.In diabetic patients,the level of bone conversion markers is reduced,and the microstructural defects in bone conversion,bone strength and bone density are decreased,leading to an increased risk of fracture.And an increase of resistin,the adipokines,and interleukin 6,tumor necrosis factor,the inflammatory cytokines,which are secreted by adipose tissue,an decrease of adiponectin,the adipocytokine,and sex hormones,amylin,which are affected by adipose tissue,will affect the bone metabolis,increase the risk of bone fractures,and this effect seems to be more pronounced in patients with diabetes.
