高校青年女性领导力课程建设——课程建设研讨会综述

Development of Courses on Women’s Leadership in Schools of Higher Education--A Review of Seminar on Curriculum Development

2019年12月27—28日,高校青年女性领导力课程建设研讨会在汕头大学召开,来自全国多所高校的女性教育专家和学者共同参会。研讨会的主题是高校青年女性领导力课程的建设,旨在研讨新学科背景下,如何建设和完善高校青年女性领导力课程体系。与会学者围绕课程的意义、建设目标、教学内容、授课方式、教学团队建设和课程展望等内容展开深入的讨论,并交流和总结各高校已有课程的教学经验,以期对高校进一步开展青年女性领导力课程提供借鉴和指引。

The Seminar on Young Women's Leadership Programs at Universities was convened at Shantou University on December 27-28,2019.It drew the attendance of experts and scholars in the field of women’s education at many universities and colleges across the country.The two-day conference focused on the disciplinary building of young women’s leadership in higher education institutes,the construction and improvement of relevant courses against new background.Participants held their discussions on the significance,objectives,teaching contents and methods,the cultivation of staff workers and a forward-looking of the course.They also shared teaching experience gained from existing courses at relevant universities in a bid to provide reference and guidance to higher education institutes in their future courses.
