自锁托槽与传统托槽在口腔错[牙合]畸形中的对比研究

Study on the Comparison of Self-locking Bracket and Traditional Bracket in the Patients with Mouth Malocclusion

目的:研究与比较自锁托槽与传统托槽在口腔错[牙合]畸形中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月在本院进行口腔正畸治疗的患者70例为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为传统托槽组和自锁托槽组,各35例。比较两组的临床疗效、牙槽脱落率,以及治疗前后不同时间的不适感评分情况、牙周指数及龈沟液炎性指标。结果:自锁托槽组的总有效率显著高于传统托槽组(P<0.05);治疗后6、9、12个月,自锁托槽组的牙槽脱落率均低于传统托槽组(P<0.05);治疗后3、6个月,自锁托槽组的不适感评分情况均优于传统托槽组(P<0.05);治疗后3、6个月,自锁托槽组的牙周指数及龈沟液炎性指标均显著优于传统托槽组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统托槽相比,自锁托槽用于口腔错[牙合]畸形的效果较好,且对口腔的不良影响相对较小,应用价值相对更高。

Objective:To study and compare the application value of self-locking bracket and traditional bracket in the patients with mouth abnormality.Method:A total of 70 patients with orthodontic treatment from January 2017 to June 2018 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into traditional bracket group and self-locking bracket group,35 cases in each group,according to the difference of treatment methods.Then the clinical effect,bracket exfoliation rates,discomfort score,periodontal indexes and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the self-locking bracket group was significantly higher than that of the traditional bracket group(P<0.05).6,9 and 12 months after treatment,the alveolar loss rate of the self-locking bracket group were lower than those of the traditional bracket group(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after treatment,the discomfort score of the self-locking bracket group were better than those of the traditional bracket group(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after treatment,periodontal index and inflammatory index of gingival crevicular fluid in the self-locking bracket group were significantly better than those in the traditional bracket group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare with the traditional bracket,the effect of self-locking bracket for oral malformation is better,and the adverse effect on oral cavity is relatively small,the application value is relatively higher.
