甲泼尼龙联合益生菌治疗手足口病患儿的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of Efficacy and Safety of Methylprednisolone Combined with Probiotics in the Treatment of Children with Hand,Foot

目的:探讨甲泼尼龙联合益生菌治疗手足口病患儿的效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月本院收治的手足口病患儿84例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组42例。对照组予以常规对症支持治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以甲泼尼龙联合益生菌治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及症状缓解时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疱疹消失、血象恢复、体温恢复及开始进食时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲泼尼龙联合益生菌治疗手足口病患儿效果较好,缩短临床症状缓解时间,提高治疗安全性,减少不良反应,应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Methylprednisolone combined with Probiotics in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Method:A total of 84 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic supportive therapy.The study group was treated with Methylprednisolone combined with Probiotics on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,adverse reactions and symptom remission time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance of herpes,the recovery of blood image,the recovery of body temperature and start feeding time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone combined with probiotics has a good effect in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.It can shorten the time of clinical symptom relief,improve the treatment safety and reduce adverse reactions,which should be further popularized and applied.
