硫酸镁注射液治疗儿童喘息的临床研究

Clinical Study of Magnesium Sulfate Injection for Children with Wheezing

目的:分析探讨硫酸镁注射液治疗儿童喘息的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年7月在两院住院的喘息患儿200例,依据随机数字表法将患儿分为常规治疗组与硫酸镁组,各100例。常规治疗组予以常规治疗,硫酸镁组在常规治疗基础上予以硫酸镁注射液治疗。对比分析两组临床疗效,不良反应,治疗前后咳嗽、哮喘声、喘息消失时间,动脉血气指标水平变化。结果:硫酸镁组治疗总有效率相比常规治疗组明显更高(P<0.05);硫酸镁组治疗后咳嗽、哮喘声、喘息消失的时间相比常规治疗组均明显更短(P<0.05);硫酸镁组治疗后PaO2、SaO2相比常规治疗组均明显更高,PaCO2相比常规治疗组明显降低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对喘息患儿结合应用硫酸镁注射液治疗相比于常规治疗的临床效果更好,可显著改善患儿症状、血气指标,且该药应用安全。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Magnesium Sulfate Injection in the treatment of children with wheezing.Method:A total of 200 children with children with wheezing in two hospitals from August 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled.The children were divided into the conventional treatment group and the magnesium sulfate group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group received routine treatment,the Magnesium Sulfate group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate Injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,after treatment cough,asthma sound and wheezing disappear time,arterial blood gas index level changes of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the Magnesium Sulfate group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).The disappearance times of cough,asthma sound and wheezing of the Magnesium Sulfate group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).The PaO2 and SaO2 in the Magnesium Sulfate group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group,PaCO2 was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of Magnesium Sulfate Injection for children with wheezing has higher clinical efficacy than conventional treatment,which can significantly improve the symptoms and blood gas index of children,and the application of this drug is safe.
