医院突发急性传染病新型冠状病毒肺炎预防与控制策略

突发急性传染病(emerging infectious diseases,EID)严重影响社会稳定,对人类健康构成重大威胁。医院是发现、隔离、治疗患者,切断传播途径最前沿的医疗机构,在防控EID过程中起至关重要的作用。医院防控EID应做到日常预防与应急处理并重,建立健全分工定责的EID应急防控组织体系,制定传染病应急制度和应急处理预案,提高医务人员核心应急能力,充分发挥发热门诊的作用,科学规划应急物资和技术储备;疫情发生后应按照预案进行隔离、治疗和医学观察。

Emerging infectious diseases(EID)is a major threat to public health and will seriously affect the social stability.Serving as the front-line medical organizations of detecting,isolating and treating patients with infectious diseases and blocking transmission routes,hospitals play an important role in EID prevention and control.Prevention and control measures of EID in hospital should pay equal attention to daily prevention and emergency management.The organization system of emergency prevention and control should be established and improved,and emergency systems and contigency plans for infectious disease should also be formulated.Medical workers′core emergency capability should be improved.The role of fever clinics should also be fully explored.Emergency materials and technology reserve should be well prepared,and quarantine,treatment and medical observation should be carried out according to the plan after the outbreak of the infectious diseases.
