妇产科护士对妊娠合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征认知现状调查

Investigation on nurses′knowledge state about pregnancy complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的:了解妇产科护士对妊娠合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的认知现状。方法:采用自制妊娠合并OSAS认知水平问卷,对108名妇产科护士进行调查,对研究对象妊娠合并OSAS相关知识得分情况进行单因素分析和多因素线性回归分析。结果:研究对象总体知识得分率28.57%;不同年龄、工作时间、最高学历、轮值夜班、OSAS疾病相关知识培训的研究对象妊娠合并OSAS相关知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01);多因素线性回归分析结果显示,工作时间、接受过OSAS疾病相关知识培训和轮值夜班均为护士妊娠合并OSAS知识得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。妊娠合并OSAS的概念、病因、发病机制,主要症状、体征,风险评估量表,对母婴的危害及防治指南是研究对象希望学习的相关知识;知识讲座、相关知识小册子、宣传栏是研究对象较能接受的知识获取途径。结论:妇产科护士对妊娠合并OSAS认知不足,应积极开展相关培训,为开展妊娠合并OSAS护理预防工作奠定基础。

Objective:To study nurses′knowledge state about pregnancy complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:One hundred and eight nurses in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were investigated with self-designed questionnaire on knowledge state about pregnancy complicated with OSAS.Univariate analysis and multi-factor linear regression analysis were used to analyze the scores of knowledge about pregnancy complicated with OSAS.Results:The overall knowledge score rate of the subjects was 28.57%.Different age,working hour,highest educational background,night shift and OSAS-related knowledge training affected the score of knowledge about pregnancy complicated with OSAS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the score of knowledge about pregnancy complicated with OSAS increased with the increase of working time,and the scores of nurses who received OSAS-related knowledge training and did not have night shift were higher than those who hand night shift and did not receive relevant training(P<0.05).The definition,etiology,pathogenesis,main symptom and sign,risk assessment scale,harm to mother and infant,and guideline for prevention and treatment were the relevant knowledge that the subjects hoped to learn.Lecture,knowledge handbook and bulletin board were the acceptable ways to acquire knowledge.Conclusions:Nurses in the department of obstetrics and gynecology do not have enough knowledge about pregnancy complicated with OSAS,and related training should be actively carried out to provide a basis for the nursing and prevention of pregnancy complicated with OSAS.
