“众创空间”青年创新创业平台发展评价研究

Evaluation research on the platform development of “Mass Innovation Space” for the youth to innovate and start a business

推进大众创新创业要以激发全社会创新创业活力为主线,而"众创空间"为鼓励青年创新创业提供了更好的平台和途径。在梳理国内外学者关于创新创业相关研究的基础上,从创新创业服务能力、创新创业服务绩效、创新创业服务辐射作用三个方面建立"众创空间"青年创新创业平台评价指标体系。以青岛"Youth乐创地带"为案例,采用灰色综合评价方法,对"众创空间"青年创新创业平台发展现状进行实证研究。研究表明,以"Youth乐创地带"为代表的"众创空间"青年创新创业平台处于中等发展水平,与灰色关联系数标准1还有差距。因此,应从资金支持、政策驱动、创业培训、优化发展环境、加强高校青年创新创业项目建设等方面制定相应的发展对策,以促进"众创空间"青年创新创业平台的发展。

To promote mass innovation and entrepreneurship,we need to stimulate the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship of the whole society as the main line."Mass Innovation Space"provides a better platform and approach to encourage the youth to innovate and start their own businesses.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on innovation and entrepreneurship,the evaluation index system of"Mass Innovation Space"for the youth innovation and entrepreneurship is established from the three aspects:innovation and entrepreneurship service capability,innovation and entrepreneurship service performance,and the radiation effect of innovation and entrepreneurship service.Taking Qingdao "Youth Le Strickland"as a case,this study adopts gray comprehensive evaluation method to make an empirical study on the platform development status of"Mass Innovation Space"for the youth to innovate and start a business.The results show that the platform of"Mass Innovation Space"for the youth to innovate and start a business presented by"Youth Le Strickland"is at a medium level of development,which is still far from the gray correlation coefficient standard 1.Therefore,corresponding development strategies should be formulated from the aspects of financial support,policy-driven entrepreneurship training,optimization of the development environment,and strengthening the construction of youth innovation and entrepreneurship projects in colleges and universities,so as to promote the platform development of"Mass Innovation Space"for the youth to innovate and start a business.
