腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术与常规开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy and Conventional Laparotomy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

目的:分析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术与常规开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年3月本院收治卵巢囊肿患者180例,根据年龄、是否恶性、囊肿的部位、体积、大小、生长速度、是否保留生育功能以及患者的主观愿望等差异将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。对比观察两组术后胃肠恢复时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后切口疼痛级别、切口愈合情况。结果:观察组疼痛级别显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组手术时间、术后住院时间、术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间均明显多于观察组(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿,能显著缩短术后住院时间和手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高术后切口愈合情况及术后胃肠功能恢复情况,减轻术后切口疼痛,提高治疗效果显著,腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术是一种新型可行的手术方式。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and conventional laparotomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Method:A total of 180 patients with ovarian cysts treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to age,malignancy,location,volume,size,growth speed,retention of reproductive function and subjective wishes,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional laparotomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal tract,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,post-operative hospitalization time,postoperative incision pain level,incision healing of two groups were compared and observed.Result:The postoperative incision pain level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the control group were significantly more than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The incision healing of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in clinical treatment of ovarian cysts can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and operation time of patients,reduce the blood volume during operation,improve the healing of incision and the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation,alleviate the pain of incision after operation,improve the treatment effect and improve the acceptability of patients,thus the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy is a new and feasible surgical method.
