双指数模型IVIM-DWI诊断胰腺癌及其肝脏转移灶中的应用价值

Application Value of Dual Index Model IVIM-DWI in Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer and Liver Metastases

目的:探讨双指数模型体素不相干运动扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)诊断胰腺癌及其肝脏转移灶中的应用价值。方法:收集2017年1月-2019年1月本院收治的胰腺癌肝脏转移患者21例,均行双指数模型IVIM-DWI扫描,对比健康胰腺组织、胰腺癌病灶、肝脏转移灶的慢表观扩散系数(Slow-ADC)、快速表观扩散系数(Fast-ADC)、快速扩散成分占比(f),分析其相关性。结果:健康胰腺组织Slow-ADC高于胰腺癌病灶、肝脏转移灶,Fast-ADC、f均较低(P<0.05);胰腺癌病灶与其肝转移灶的Slow-ADC、Fast-ADC、f存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:双指数模型IVIM-DWI能够鉴别健康胰腺组织、胰腺癌病灶及其肝脏转移灶,可作为诊断胰腺癌及其肝脏转移的重要方法。

Objective:To explore the application value of dual index model voxel incoherent motion diffusion weighted imaging(IVIM-DWI)in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and liver metastases.Method:A total of 21 patients with pancreatic cancer and liver metastases admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were collected.IVIM-DWI scanning with double index model was performed.The Slow-ADC,Fast-ADC and fast-diffusion component ratio(f)of healthy pancreatic tissue,pancreatic cancer lesions and liver metastases were compared and their correlations were analyzed.Result:Slow-ADC in healthy pancreatic tissue was higher than those in pancreatic cancer lesions and liver metastases,and Fast-ADC and F were lower(P<0.05).There was a correlation of Slow-ADC,Fast-ADC,f between pancreatic cancer lesions and liver metastases(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dual index model IVIM-DWI can identify healthy pancreatic tissue,pancreatic cancer lesions and liver metastases,and can be used as an important method to diagnose pancreatic cancer and liver metastases.
