摘要
目的优选门氏养荣颗粒的提取工艺和成型工艺。方法以出膏率及芍药苷的提取量为指标,通过考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3个因素,采用L 9(34)正交实验优选最佳提取工艺。以颗粒的成型性、溶化性、吸湿性、堆密度和休止角为考察指标,优选最佳制粒工艺。结果最佳提取条件:加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。制粒工艺:以糊精及可溶性淀粉为辅料,干膏粉与辅料比为1∶1,以体积分数为85%的乙醇为黏合剂。结论所建立的提取工艺和成型工艺稳定合理,简单可行,重复性好。
Objective To optimize the extraction and molding process of Men′s Yangrong Granules.Methods By using the cream rate and the amount of paeoniflorin as indicators,an L 9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimalize the extraction process by investigating 3 factors:the amount of water,decoction time and decoction times;based on the formability,solubility,hygroscopicity,bulk density and angle of repose of the particles,the optimal granulation conditions were chosen.Results The optimal extraction conditions were adding 10 folds water and extracting 3 times,1 h each time.Dextrin and soluble starch as excipients were used in the granulation process,the ratio of dry paste powder to excipient was 1∶1,and with 85%ethanol as a binder.Conclusion The established extraction and molding process are stable and reasonable,simple and feasible,and have good reproducibility.
