Latent Risks Analysis of a Tertiary Hospital in Shanghai Based on Matrix Method

目的对上海某三甲医院开展风险隐患排查研究,为科学地制定公立医院防范和化解风险隐患预案提供理论和实证依据。方法首先使用流程梳理分析方法和头脑风暴法排查风险源,然后使用风险矩阵分析法对排查出的40种风险源分别计算出风险值。结果医院的40项风险源均为中风险隐患。结论为提高风险防范能力,公立医院应开展风险隐患分析,并在此基础上制定相应的防范化解举措与应对处置预案。

Objective To conduct an investigation of latent risks in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai,so as to provide the theoretical and empirical basis for public hospitals in scientifically formulating plans for risk prevention and emergency response.Methods First,the risk sources were identified through process carding analysis method and brainstorming method.Then,risk matrix analysis method was applied to calculate the risk values of the 40 risk sources identified.Results The 40 risk sources in the hospital were at a medium level.Conclusion In order to improve the capability of risk prevention,public hospitals should implement latent risks analysis and take corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures against the hidden risks.
