手术室运行流程时间节点信息化管控平台

Establishing Informatization Control Platform Based on Operation Process Time Node of the Operating Room

目的探讨加强手术室运行流程时间节点管控,并建立信息化平台在提高手术室运行效率中的作用。方法通过确立标准化手术室运行流程,建立手术室运行时间节点的信息化管控平台,比较管控前(2018年7—9月)与管控后(2019年7—9月)的首台延迟率、连台手术衔接时间、日均麻醉利用率及日均手术利用率、外科医师满意度及患者满意度。结果首台延迟率较前下降,连台手术衔接时间较前缩短,日均麻醉利用率及日均手术利用率、外科医师满意度及患者满意度均较前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强手术室运行流程时间节点管控并建立信息化平台能够提高手术室运行效率,改善外科医师及患者满意度。

Objective To explore the role of strengthening the control of operation process time node of the operating room and establishing the informatization platform in improving the operation efficiency of the operating room. Methods Through the implementation of standardized running processes of the operating room and the establishment of informatization control platform of the operating room time node, this paper compared the first operation delay rate, the surgery cohesion time, the daily average utilization rate of anesthesia, the daily average utilization rate of surgery, and doctors’ satisfaction as well as patients’ satisfaction before control(July-September, 2018) and after control(July-September, 2019). Results The first operation delay rate was decreased;the surgery cohesion time was shortened;the daily average utilization rate of anesthesia, the daily average utilization rate of surgery, doctor’s satisfaction and patient’s satisfaction were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the control of operation process time node of the operating room and establishing an informatization platform can help improve the operation efficiency of the operating room and thus raise the satisfaction of surgeons and patients.
