医院药房信息系统中二维多循环管理机制的应用

Application of Two-dimensional Multi-cycle Management Mechanism Integration in Hospital Pharmacy Information System

目的提高医院药房信息系统集成的管理水平。方法建立二维多循环管理机制,在分析其运行原理和功能的基础上运用于实践,将信息系统集成工作分为四个阶段,每个阶段都包括四大管理职能的完整循环,每个阶段结束后进入下一阶段并再次循环。结果采用该管理机制后,系统集成和系统对接总时间减少,系统对接时出现的问题总数量减少,问题解决的平均速度提高,工作人员平均加班时间减少,用户满意度提高,药品平均周转天数减少。结论二维多循环管理机制在药房管理信息化中取得较好的管理效果,提高药品管理水平。

Objective To improve the management level of hospital pharmacy information system integration.Methods The two-dimensional multi-cycle management mechanism was established and applied in practice by analyzing its operation principle and function.The information system integration was divided into four stages,with each stage including the complete cycle of the four management functions,entering the next stage after the previous one and circulating again.Results After the adoption of this management mechanism,the total time of system integration and system docking was reduced,the total number of problems during system docking was decreased,the average speed of problem solving was increased,the average overtime of staff declined,user satisfaction was improved,and the average turnover days of drugs were reduced.Conclusion The two-dimensional multi-cycle management mechanism has achieved favorable management effects in pharmacy management informatization and improved the level of drug management.
